While every family has their own unique traditions and recipes, this year we’re sharing one of our favourite South African recipes paired with a (virtually) South African grape – Chenin Blanc!
This Comforting Christmas gammon is doused in a festive honey-and-mustard glaze and complements the honeysuckle aromas on our Douglas Green Chenin Blanc. Thanks to the fresh and fruity aromas and palate, our Chenin Blanc can hold its own against the flavourful gammon, highlighting the rich flavours and going down easy.
