The Douglas Green Chenin Blanc Sauvignon Blanc 2014 is a blend of Chenin Blanc, made in appointed cellars in the winelands under the care and control of Douglas Green Oenologists and of Sauvignon Blanc made in the Douglas Green Cellars in Wellington. Each parcel separately vinified and left on the fine lees to buid extra character, middle palate and creaminess to the wines. Final blending and bottling takes place in Wellington.
